The inspectors solve helpdesk cases during office hours: Monday – Thursday:  from 8 a.m. - 3.30 p.m., Friday from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. 

The office is closed on official Danish holidays: Easter (Thursday - Monday), Common Prayer Day (Friday), Ascension Day (Thursday), Pentecost (Saturday - Monday), International Workers' Day (1 May), Constitution Day (5 June), Christmas (24 - 26 December), and New Year (31 December - 1 January).

If you experience emergencies outside office hours (i.e. flood, power failure, broken water pipe), please contact the emergency service of your residence:

Lost keys/key tags or locked out during weekends and outside office hours:
Please call the locksmith De Blå Låsesmede: +45 7026 2266. Please note that it will cost you a fee (minimum DKK 1000) to get the locksmith to let you in. The cost will be deducted from your deposit. Please report loss of keys to the help desk. The locksmith can not issue replacement keys/tags.
